First Method: Simple Cache clearing 

1. Go to Settings >> Apps >> Select “All” 
2. Scroll down from the list of All apps and select “Google Play Store” 
3. Select “Clear Cache” and “Clear Data” 
4. (optional) Go back to Settings >> Apps >> All >> Select “Google Service Framework” >> Clear Cache and Data” 
5. Run Google Play Store, set it up and try to download your app or game. 

 Second Method: Removing/Re-adding Google account

This second method has been widely used to solve other popular Google Play Errors like RPC:S-5:AEC-0 and Android Error 963.

1. Go to Settings >> Accounts >> Google 
2. Select your primary Gmail account (that’s linked with Play Store) >> Press menu button on your device and Select “Remove account” 
3. (optional Step) Go back to Settings >> Accounts >> Google >> Apps >> Select “Google Play Store”>> Clear Cache and Clear Data. (repeat this step to clear data for “Google service Framework”) 
4. Again Go to Settings >> Accounts >> Google >>Select Add account >> Choose Google >> Existing >> Add back the Gmail account you removed in the second step 
5. Open the Google Play Store and download your app or game
