Though the MiMarket is unavailable in the Google Play Store, it can be installed on any Android device because the installation (apk) file is provided in the official website itself. It has many Apps and Games for Chinese as well as International users. The latest version is compatible with all Android Operating systems (4.3 Jelly Bean, 4.4 KitKat and 5.0 Lollipop). How to install Xiaomi Mi Market on any Android device 

First enable “Unknown sources”. Go to Settings >> Security. Scroll down and enable “Unknown Sources”. Now to download the installation file, simply click here: Download Xiaomi Mi Market. If the link didn’t work follow the steps below.

1.  On your mobile browser type m.app.mi.com or simply click here  
2.  After the webpage page opens, click the green icon (which has “download” written in Chinese) on the top right of the webpage. 
   
3.  After the download is completed, tap on the notification you will see “com.xiaomi.market_R.1.4.5.apk”
4.  Select the apk file and install it (you may need to turn on Unknown sources for this- read below) 
5. Now you have the MiMarket on your Android Phone or Tablet
